14 - 8 Fine Arts Feature - Lisa Ringelspaugh-Irvine - The Appalachian Artisan Society Gallery Fine Arts Feature showcases contemporary urban watercolor paintings and giclees by Lisa Ringelspaugh-Irvine. Several paintings feature images of Old Fort?s downtown area.
