24 Dance for God Ministies - The Dance for God Ministries will hold its next dance on Saturday from 6:30 until 10:30 p.m. at the Kenly soccer field in Kenly.

At 7:30 p.m. North Johnston High student Hunter Stephenson will give his testimony and the invitation will be given by Tommy Hart. At 9 p.m. music will be provided by R3K Worship Band from Princeton Church of God. There will also be refreshments and a DJ.

The idea of the dance came from a project at Kenly Missionary Baptist Church last year and now is held about once a quarter.

This is for adults, teenagers and young children to enjoy spending time together.

"Everyone is invited to come and enjoy fun through faith," said one of the organizers, Jennifer Holloman. For more information contact Holloman at 919-631-9227.

21 Kenly's Christmas Parade - One of the few night Christmas parades in Eastern NC. The Kenly Christmas parade is known as one of the best around. Come early for a good viewing spot and enjoy two hours of entertainment. Parade begins at 7 pm.

7 Stepping into the Past - Each Saturday from 10am-3pm the Museum is featuring a traditional trade, craft or art on-site. Vendors demonstrate traditional skills and often have items for sale. All activities are included with regular admission to the Museum and annual passes are available.
