WESTCHESTER FINE ARTS FESTIVAL
- The Westchester Fine Arts Festival returns to the newly renovated Pierson Park along the shore of the Hudson River in Tarrytown. The Village of Tarrytown brings together the charm of an historic Hudson River town with the vibrancy of a living community.
