Minerva Hot Air Balloon Fest 2007
- Bring your blankets and lawn chairs to Minerva's Bicentennial Park on Saturday, 9/1/07 (weather permitting) for our Second Annual Balloon Fest. Sponsorded by the Minerva Balloon Club and Kishman's IGA, the event kicks off at 3:00 pm with music, great food and a massive lift-off of 12-14 Hot Air Balloons between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Snode's Restored County Barn
