4 - 5 Great Lakes Fiber Show - Vendors will have supplies for spinning, weaving, knitting, and others fiber arts, as well as raw and processed fibers from wool to bison. 9 Ed Arn Veterans' Roundtable-WWII - They have been called "the greatest generation."  They fought all over the world - in Europe, the Pacific, North Africa and the Far East - to rid the world of dictators. They are the veterans of World War II and they will be honored at the annual Ed Arn Veteran's Roundtable at the Wayne County Historical Society. The Historical Society decided that now is the perfect time to honor the WWII generation and remember their dedication and bravery.  The VA projects that over 1,135 WWII veterans are passing away each day. I think it's timely to pay tribute to them.

Held each year around Memorial Day, the Ed Arn Veteran's Roundtable features a group of military historians and veterans of the the era being honored to discuss their personal experiences during the war.

25 - 26 Quailcrest Farm Spring Garden Fair - Come join us for two days of artists and craftsmen selling their wares among the gardens of Quailcrest Farm. 23 Wooster Arts Jazz Fest - A partnership -- Main Street Wooster Inc, the Wooster City Schools and the Rotary Club of Wooster -- comes together to put on this exceptional arts/ jazz event, complete with a New Orleans-style jazz parade.

More than 50 artists will offer their work for sale, while local restuarants offer the finest in culinary arts and even the children get an opportunity to make their own art. Jazz plays all day at the gazebo.

31 Wayne Center for the Arts Bike Night - Wayne Center for the Arts is busy getting into the spirit for Bike Night, which will take place at The Olde Jaol in Wooster.  Motorcycle enthusiasts and all are invited to the upcoming event to be held from 6:00-10:00 p.m. rain or shine.  The evening will include live music by the award-winning Cleveland-based Colin Dussault's Blues Project, food, a beer garden, a 50/50 raffle, and both live and silent auctions that will include arts-related packages (for a complete list of auction items, visit us online).

All proceeds from the sale of food and beverages outside of The Olde Jaol, as well as from the sale of auction items, will benefit the Wayne Center for the Arts (a non-profit organization established in 1973).

7 - 13 Ramseyer Farms Fall Festival - Enjoy the adventure of the two giant 8 acre corn Mazes. Try the challenging Master Maze, rope maze, plus 3 mazes for the younger kids. Zip down the 20 foot long Corn Crib Chute while the little tykes play in the Conestoga Corn Wagon. Create your own scarecrow. Visit farm animals before or after your scenic hayride around the farm. Choose from acres of pumpkins for your fall decoratives. Loads of fun for the entire family! Concessions available.

We will have fall festival weekends, beginning the last full weekend in September through the month of October on Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

14 - 15 Annual Colonial Williamsburg Festival - Step back 200 years in time to 18th-century Williamsburg. For two days, Pine Tree Barn is transformed into a bustling colonial village. Explore the marketplace & unique wares that surround the public square. Find special treasures inside Pine Tree you will not find in other stores & meet the makers of the hand-made furniture we carry year round in the Heritage Loft. Over 40 carefully selected artisans, many of national recognition, will demonstrate techniques of traditional craftsmanship. For the kids, there will be Face Painting, a Petting Zoo, Candle-Making & More!

Since 1992, the goal of the Colonial Williamsburg Festival has been to expand knowledge through education of our Nation's early history. Local and National history specialists will educate from the Colonists as well as the Native American point of view. Over 50 Historians, Re-enactors and Artisans will demonstrate their talents during the FREE two day festival/.
