18 - 21 SpringFest - Crabtree Amusements will join the Chamber for another weekend of fun in the park. The Carnival will open on Thursday evening and continue through Sunday afternoon. Friday afternoon at the Softball Field will be Pitch, Hit & Run competition. This is for kids 7 - 14. Registration begins at 5:30 at the ball field.

Saturday will be a fun filled day in the park. Saturday morning food and craft vendors will start setting up. New this year will be a bathtub race sponsored by Wendy's in Backbone Creek at Noon. There will also be a mechanical bull for the cowboys & cowgirls to try their luck. Washer and Volleyball Tournaments start around noon. Fun games for the little & "big" kids like stick horse race, lemon roll and egg toss. The Express Band will play Saturday evening and many more activities.

31 - 1 Annual Music Festival - This event will highlight top names in the music industry as they bring two days and two nights of great music to the park.

TICKETS: Friday evening $15 and all day Saturday $20 or weekend $30. Tickets may be purchased at www.frontgatetickets.com

A limited number of spaces are available for food and other vendors.

4 July 4th Fireworks in the Park - Bring your lawnchairs, blankets, picnic baskets and the whole family for a relaxing day in the Lakeside Park. We encourage you to come early & stay late. From 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. there will be wake-boarding and wake-skating exhibition. Marble Falls students will read their essays they submitted to the VFW for Voice of Democracy and the Patriot's Pen. The VFW Post # 10376 will present a Color Guard. The fireworks will be around 9:00.

26 - 28 Annual Lakefest - The Annual Lakefest is history. Thanks to all the many volunteers that donate so much of their time to make this great event possible.

14 City Wide Garage Sale - 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Spaces are available 16' x 16' for $20. Set up begins at 7:00 a.m. Great time to do your Fall cleaning and join others for a huge sale. Reserve a booth or mark your calendar to go shopping. To receive an application contact the Chamber.

8 - 20 Walkway of Lights - Imagine over one million twinkling lights on trees and sculptures reflecting on the sparkling waters of beautiful Lake Marble Falls! Stroll leisurely along this self-guided winter wonderland walk and experience the magic of Christmas Marble Falls style!

The largest lighted pole tree boasts over 17,000 multi-colored lights and a lighted tunnel touts over 12,000 clear lights. Both of these treasures together with the whimsical, patriotic, religious, traditional and not so traditional sculptures create the Walkway of Lights. This lighted wonderland will fill your holiday season with enchantment!

Located only 45 miles west of Austin and 85 miles north of San Antonio, the Walkway of Lights plays host to visitors from near and far. The expansion and continuation of this wonderland is dependent on your generous donations. We invite you to arrive early to dine, shop and visit the Walkway of Lights.

Hours are 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm beginning on the Friday before Thanksgiving and culminating on January 1. Santa is there Thursday evenings 6:00 - 8:00 and Friday and Saturday evenings 6:00 - 10:00. Santa's last night will be Chrismas Eve, 6:00 - 8:00. School organizations will take your picture with Santa for $3.00.
