Vermont Agriculture Museum Annual Meeting

Cape Breton Day at Chandler
- Immerse yourself in Cape Breton culture at Chandler Music Hall. Beginning Cape Breton step-dancing with Mac Morin at 10 am, intermediate step-dance at 11:30 am, concert with fiddler Jerry Holland at 2 pm, evening concert with vibrant, multi-instrumental band Beolach at 7:30 pm. Play - Peasant of El Salvador
- Created and performed by Peter Gould and Stephen Stearns, and written in response to the assassination of Archbishop Oscar Romero in San Salvador on March 24, 1980, the play is a stirring story of how one farmer and his family struggle to maintain their way of life amidst the turbulent events in El Salvador during the 1970s and 80s. Concert - French Impressions
- Angela Jia Kim's performance at Chandler in 2004 brought a cheering audience to their feet. She returns with a performance that celebrates French music in collaboration with other art forms. The program features solo piano and exquisite combinations of music by Ravel, Faure, and Satie performed by Ms. Kim and celebrated dancer and choreographer Benjamin Millepied from the New York City Ballet. Vermont Symphony Orchestra Summer Fest
- Imagine That - from a Russian ballroom to sunset over the Grand Canyon, from Hogwarts to the far reaches of the galaxy, Anthony Princiotti and the VSO carry audiences on a journey of the imagination with Weber's Overture to Euryanthe, Holst's Jupiter from The Planets, John William's Harry Potter Symphonic Suite, and Anderson's Bugler's Holiday, among others.
