Catamount Arts Annual Garden Tour
- One of the highlights of the Summer season in the Northeast Kingdom is always the Catamount Garden Tour. For 2011, Catamount will be spotlighting a variety of gardens in the Greensboro, Walden, Walcott and Hardwick areas. As a special attraction, High Mowing will also open its facilities for a special tour. This year's tour will also feature several ticket outlets near the gardens, including the Galaxy Bookstore and Perennial Pleasures among others. Participants are always invited to tour the gardens in any order at their leisure. Descriptions and directions to the specific gardens will be available to ticket holders on the day of the tour. The tour will be held on Saturday, rain or shine. 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Tickets are available now by calling or by visiting the Catamount Box Office from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. - The Fairbanks Museum hosts a major festival, now in its third decade, celebrating the ingenuity and accomplishment of rural New England.
