Kimberly High School Annual Art and Craft Fair
- The Fair is sponsored by the Kimberly High School and Middle School Art Clubs, to raise money for art supplies, Art Scholarships, and a field trip to the Milwaukee Art Museum. Last year's show was a great success with 118 vendors and we had an estimated 1200 people attend the Art and Craft fair. This year's show is scheduled for April 17th 2010, just in time for spring! We anticipate an overwhelming response and will be able to accommodate a few more vendors this year! The Taste of Home Cooking Show
- The Avenue 91.1 will host the world's leading food media brand, in a Taste of Home Cooking School with doors opening at 4 pm and the show starting at 5 pm at Liberty Hall near Appleton. Culinary specialist Dana Elliot will be the featured chef in the nationally recognized traveling cooking show, known for its practical recipes and ability to bring together like-minded cooks of all ages. The show features food preparation secrets, tips, and heart-warming entertainment as part of the consistent success in drawing large crowds. The 91.1. Avenue event will also feature an exhibition hall with local businesses and the opportunity to purchase Taste of Home cookbooks from this unique media designed to unify the voices and experience of everyday cooks and home entertainers. National recording artist Steve March-Torme', son of Mel Torme' and 3- 7pm host on 91.1 The Avenue will also be present to sign autographs. A free photo booth will be available for attendees to commemorate the event with a picture.
