Swimming and wading are allowed only in the designated swimming beach area within the markers. There is no lifegaurd on duty at the swimming beach. Childern under 15

Centralia City Lake is usually noted for good channel cat, white bass and crappie fishing. White bass numbers are down some. The sample numbers of crappie are one of the highest in over 10 years. Most of the crappie are below 8 inches (good for next year)

Boating and water skiing are permitted on most of the 535 surface acre resevoir. All water vessels are required to obey signs placed around the resevoir for public safety.
