Lake Enid Fishing

Lake Enid Fishing Enid Lake is famous for its fishing, with an abundance of crappie, largemouth bass, catfish, and bream. The world record white crappie (5.3 lbs) and the world record shortnose gar (5.83 lbs) was caught at Enid Lake.

Enid Lake personnel strive to accommodate every facet of the visiting public. Campsites and picnic shelters are available for the physically challenged in many areas. Enid Lake also provides a fishing pier for the physically challenged, located along its Outlet Channel.

On Arkabutla, Sardis, Enid, and Grenada Lakes, crappie now have a new bag limit of 20 per person and crappie must be over 12 inches long on all four lakes in order to keep them. Each angler can use up to five poles, except on Grenada it is three poles. The bag limit for crappie is 20 on the spillways of all four lakes but there is no length limit on the spillways.
