Forked Run State Park is located on the Ohio River in Meigs County near Reedsville, 34 miles southwest of Marietta. The forested hills and picturesque lake offer recreation in the Ohio River Valley.
Hike 4 miles of nature trails. Have a picnic lunch at an area offering tables, grills and 2 reservable shelters. Nature programs provide entertainment all summer.
Pick 1 of 198 non-electric/electric campsites. Amenities include showers and latrines. Pets allowed on designated sites. Enjoy hassle-free camping in a Rent-A-Camp or Camper Cabin.
102-acre Forked Run Lake offers a sandy beach. Enjoy laid-back boating limited to no motors or electric motors only. There is a launch ramp providing access to the Ohio River south of the park off State Route 124.
Fishing is enjoyed from the shore and the lake. There is accessible fishing access on the Ohio River at the boat launch ramp area. Hunting is permitted in designated areas.
2006 Camping Fees are $16-$20/night for non-electric/electric sites. Camper Cabin is $40/night.
