Annual German Mennonite Meal & Intern’l Craft & Bake Sale

This event will feature a German Mennonite meal featuring borscht (chicken & vegetable soup-no beets), homemade bread, whole hog sausage and New Years cookies. The meal will also be combined with an international craft sale featuring hand crafted items from the Mennonite Central Committee’s Ten Thousand Villages such as baskets, nativity sets, jewelry and holiday decorations. There will also be a bake sale of homemade breads, cookies, peppernuts and cinnamon rolls. Proceeds are used for the operation of Manhattan Mennonite Church including social outreach projects both locally and world wide. 12-6 p.m.
