Spring Creek Lake
The Baldwin City-owned Spring Creek Lake is located one mile east of Sixth and Orange in Baldwin, Then south one mile, and east 1/4 mile on the north side of the township road.
Douglas State Lake
The Douglas State Fishing Lake is located two miles northeast of Baldwin just off County Road 1055. The surface area of the lake is 200 acres with approximately 600 acres surrounding the lake.

Camp Chippewa
Camp Chippewa is a church camp and retreat center with cabins and kitchenettes. Participate in horseback riding, canoeing, swimming, hiking trail, challenge courses, and tent camping.
Lake Shawnee Recreational Area
Lake Shawnee is a man-made, 411-acre lake offering fishing, boating, sailing and swimming. Within the 1,600-acre park surrounding the lake are foot trails, fish hatcheries (for stocking the lake)
