Hannibal Locks & Dam

The Hannibal Locks & Dam is one of six major river facilities on the upper Ohio River. The Visitor’s Center includes a unique wicket dam and maneuver boat depicting the history of navigation on the Ohio River. An observation platform, a public day-use area with a picnic shelter, tables and grills and restrooms are available. Parking is free. Groups interested in tours should call in advance to 740-483-2305.
