Ferri’s Pizza

The area’s first and ONLY coal mine theme pizza shop! Come for a pizza and leave with a history lesson. Guests are greeted by “Stosh” the coal miner as they enter the pizza shop through a replica of an abandoned coal mine. It features a museum showcasing hundreds of Anthracite coal mining artifacts. There are videos to watch, photographs to view and coal mine related artwork painted by local artists.

Ferri’s Pizza has been serving delicious original Old Forge Style pizza since 1936 and offers a variety of hoagies, specialty pizzas, wings and much more. It’s definitely worth visiting if you have a hunger for Scranton’s coal mining history or just some delicious pizza!
