Thoroughbred Racing Hall Of Fame & Museum
The Aiken Jaycees started this collection of horse racing memorabilia to commemorate locally trained horses that have won fame on racetracks across the country. Two of the best known are Kelso, a five-time national champion, and 1981 Kentucky Derby and Preakness winner Pleasant Colony. Located on the grounds of Hopelands Gardens. Artistic and historic exhibitions are held throughout the year. Call or e-mail for more information.
