Monastery of St. Clare Miniature Horse Farm

The Monastery is home to a group of Franciscan Poor Clare Nuns who support themselves by raising miniature horses and by selling their handmade ceramic items in the “Art Barn” gift shop. Visitors are welcome to pet the horses, browse in the gift shop, and spend a few quiet moments in the Chapel.

There is a picnic area for our visitors, as well as restroom facilities, and soda and snack vending machines. Bottled water is for sale in the Art Barn Gift Shop and sno-cones are for sale seasonally.
