Mountain State Apple Harvest Festival

October 18 – 21

The XXVIII Annual Mountain State Apple Harvest Festival features agricultural tours, Gala Dinner, the Crowning of Queen Pomona XXVIII, free live entertainment, fireworks, Grand Feature Parade with celebrity Grand Marshal, 5k Run, Queen’s Ball, and juried Arts & Crafts fair with over 135 vendors, and food specialties.

Friday Night in the Park – Music by Souled Out, grand fireworks display

Sports Breakfast with celebrity guests, 7AM – Noon,

Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast

Noon 5K Run

1PM Grand Feature Parade with over 150 units, bands, floats

9 PM – 1 AM Queen’s Ball

Oct. 20 & 21, 10 AM – 5 PM

All events are free of charge unless marked *. Tickets for marked events are available by emailing [email protected] or at various sites throughout Berkeley County; see website for list of ticket sellers.

Ticket prices (subject to change)

Gala Dinner – $25 per person, $45 per couple

Sports Breakfast – $12.50

Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast – $6.00

Arts & Crafts – $3.00 ages 6 and over (under 6 free)

5 K run – $15 registration fee includes memento

Queen’s Ball (dance, light buffet) $35 per person

Location: Berkeley County, West Virginia Off Interstate-81, between Hagerstown, MD and Winchester, VA, exit 13 E, then follow signs to festival.
