University Motors Mountaineer Balloon Festival

The 22nd annual University Motors Mountaineer Balloon Festival. Hot air balloons fly gracefully above the tree tops in what has become the most photographed event in West Virginia.
More than 40 balloons travel to Morgantown for a weekend of fun and flying. Held at Mylan Park at Chaplin Hill.
Directions: I-79 take exit 155 (US 19 / WV 7 Star City/Osage/West Virginia University)and turn left on Chaplin Hill Rd. Mylan Park is approximately 1.5 miles on the right.
