From I-77, Exit 1 to Route 460 West. Continue on Route 460 West towards Tazewell, Virginia. Food City store on the right at a traffic light. At light make a right onto Leatherwood Lane. Go to next light, make a left then a right behind Cole Auto Outlet. You will see the City Park and the carnival.
