DIRECTIONS: Located in the Northern Panhandle 19 miles north of Weirton on WV Rt. 2, Tomlinson Run State Park is easily accessible by taking WV 8, north, where it intersects with WV 2 at New Cumberland, and following signs to the park which is just north of New Manchester, WV.
