1st Annual Southern Boreal Bird Festival
Birders have long recognized Canaan Valley as an amazing location to bird watch. The elevation and cool temperatures, combined with the unique hardwood & red spruce forests found in the area, create and ideal habitat for bird species normally found much farther north. Planned hikes, guest speakers, and more are planned this weekend.
Lodge package offered, and non-guest are encouraged to participate also.
