Annual Miami Boom Town Spree

The festivities feature the Arizona State Mining Championships. The Boomtown Spree Parade kicks off the weekend on Friday. The fun continues until 9 pm with live entertainment, performances and a food. The weekend also features cultural dancing, arts and crafts, live musical entertainment, activities for kids, bed races, car shows, basketball tournaments, a street dance, antique mining equipment displays, and more. The best manual miners in the state compete in such events as hand drilling, team drilling, spike driving, and mucking! At stake is the title of Arizona State Mining Champion and the coveted Boomtown Spree belt buckle. Bring the whole family!
