St. Patricks Day One-Man Parade

Go green and have fun doing it. 12pm. Join us in beautiful Downtown Enterprise to celebrate the World’s Smallest St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Everyone is Irish on St. Patrick’s Day! In Enterprise, Alabama we have been specializing in shenanigans since 1993, by hosting the only single-person parade.

Each year the Chamber opens up applications to nominate your favorite hometown Irishman (or Irishwoman) to be honored as the Grand Marshal of the World’s Smallest St. Patrick’s Day Parade! The Grand Marshal delights spectators with a festive march down the Irish Isle while waving the over-sized Irish flag and dancing in merriment. Okay – it’s not the Irish Isle, it’s E College Street, but it’s every bit as magical! Costumes and Irish garb are not only allowed, but strongly encouraged. See less
