Grimes Farm 5K Run: A Walk in the Park

Every summer, usually in the first couple of weeks of July, Grimes Farm presents the Grimes Farm Run. Originally, this was simply a 5K run catering to the local running community. Since its inception, though, the Run has become increasingly popular, and now it features everything from a five-mile loop, to shorter walks and children’s races. The trails themselves are groomed and certified for the occasion, and an army of volunteers helps to keep everyone well fed and on track.
