Battle of Hubbardton Revolutionary War Encampment

This event for the entire family commemorates the only Revolutionary War battle fought on Vermont soil. Re-enactors portray the soldiers who fought here and offer tactical military demonstrations, drilling lessons, guided camp and battlefield tours, courts martial, camp life activities, and a history scavenger hunt for children. On Saturday special music at 2:00 pm by the Four Merry Players, guided candlelight camp tour at 7:00 pm and a memorial service on Monument Hill at 8:00 pm. Food stand both days.
