The Art of Bread Cooking Workshop

We will work with sourdoughs — you will start your own sourdough starter as well as take home some of the Deerhill starter — as well as yeast dough.
We will concentrate on our hearth-baked loaves and pan breads as well as treating ourselves to the richness of brioche.
