Lovers Key Turtle Trot 5K Race

This unique trail course winds through a shady maritime hammock ecosystem, crosses two bridges over estuary lagoons, and finishes on the beach where awards are presented and breakfast is served. No running through beach sand is required. The race is a benefit for the Friends of Lovers Key, a volunteer non-profit organization which raises funds to support conservation efforts within Lovers Key State Park.
