Magical History Tour along the Yadkin River on the NC Scenic By-way 268 West which is part of the federally-designated Overmountain Victory Natl. Historic Trail. Rest stops are located at Whippoorwill Village and Fort Defiance, two living history sites with plenty to see and do. Online registration.
