Sponsored by Lower Township Recreation Dept. Halloween parade 12 noon. Craft show, music, games, food vendors and pumpkin painting. Donations of canned goods gratefully accepted. Historic Cold Spring Village. Rain date Sunday, October 21st FREE admission, Buildings closed.
