Every year, on the Friday before Halloween, children and their families can visit Tonganoxie businesses on 4th Street for Halloween treats and some family fun.
There is a scarecrow-decorating contest, a prize raffle, a pumpkin-carving contest, and a live DJ to supply the music.
Dress up and join in the fun!
