Old Time Pickin' and Grinnin' Bluegrass Festival at Mickey's Mountain site in Hopedale. Located between Steubenville and Cadiz, off the Hopedale exit from U.S. Rt. 22. Follow the signs, 3 miles north on County Rd 4 to County Rd 46; go left 1/2 mile to Twp Rd 170/Ford Rd and turn right; dead ends at parking lot.
