Alexandria Annual Quilt Show

The Alexandria Museum and Alexandria Public Library jointly sponsor a quilt show each April for the entire month. Quilts and quilted objects, grouped around a theme, are on display at the stated hours. This year is the bi-centennial of Licking COunty and we hope to feature the Licking County Quilt which is currently under construction. Our theme this year is Novelty Quilts. Quilts are loaned by local quilters, other museums and families. Many pieces have not previously been on display. There are quilt classes and lectures with a quilting theme. The exhibit and lectures are free, but classes often cost a small fee. Check our website for current information on dates of classes, lectures, etc. or call for more information.
