National Fossil Day Celebration at BCMNH
Fossil ID and presentation on Volcanoes in Missouri by Geology Professor Michael Fix at 2:00pm.
Native American relics ID and hands on primitive skills demonstrations with Arrowhead Fred Bollinger at 1:00-3:00pm.
Activities include Museum Fossil Scavenger Hunt with Missouri Fossil prizes, make your own fossil, and other fossil related crafts, games, and activities will be ongoing during museum open hours.
Museum hours: Noon-4:30pm.
All activities and presentations free with your paid museum admission.

The Bollinger County Museum of Natural History, a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization, is located at 207 Mayfield Drive in Marble Hill. The museum is housed in the Art & Science building of the former Will Mayfield College. This architectural treasure is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
