Pioneer Hotel Building
The building was constructed about 1907 as a gentlemen’s club. On the roof is a large skylight, on the fourth floor the middle of the floor is cut out to let daylight down to the third floor, where the lounge was located with comfortable chairs and a ticker tape machine.
