Window Rock

The “Window Rock” itself, carved by centuries of wind, sand, and water, is 47 feet in diameter and is a major tourist attraction. The Navajo Nation is a varied land of mountains and desert.

Window Rock Tribal Park is a small park at the base of the rock formation. There are trails and picnic areas available. The park was created to honor all warriors during times of war and peace.
