Largest continuous sand dune area in the U.S. – know what it is?

Cresent lake National Wildlife Refuge has  45,818 acres of rolling grass covered sandhills.  This unique area was created from the wind blown sands of an ancient sea and is located in the “Panhandle” of Nebraska.
