Andover Historical Museum & Grounds

The home of August Rehnstrom was built in 1861 by Eric Berglof and became a temporary haven for Swedish immigrants in the 1860’s. On the lawn is a bell from the first two-story school, millstones from the historic Edwards River Mill, and the first post office in Henry County, Illinois in May of 1837.
