Rising Tide Natural Foods Cooperative
Rising Tide is a member owned natural foods cooperative serving the Mid-Coast region for over 25 years. We have large departments of organic produce, bulk items, vitamins, health and beauty products and groceries. Our deli also offers soups, sandwiches and prepared entrees. Stop in anytime and enjoy our selection of locally grown and produced food. We are open seven days a week from 8am-7pm.
