Howard’s Pub & Raw Bar Restaurant is Ocracoke’s “Ground Zero” when it comes to fun and a place to meet. We’re the only place along the Outer Banks truly open 365 days a year. We serve our full menu from 11:00 am until 2:00 am. We offer live music most nights and 8 television screens for whatever the viewer desires. We offer “the best burger on the beach” as well as Ocracoke’s only Raw Bar.
