Teach’s Hole Blackbeard Exhibit and Pyrate Specialty Shoppe was founded in 1992 by George and Mickey Roberson. The Pyrate Specialty Shoppe offers over one thousand items that relate to piracy. Such items include books, toys, flags, maps, tee shirts, jewelry, videos, art, music, and pirate party supplies. This shop is a one-stop source for all your ?piratical piratephernalia? needs. The exhibit features a life-size recreation of Blackbeard in full battle dress, a weapons display, old bottles, maps, woodcuts of Blackbeard, old coin and pirate flag displays, and an eight minute documentary about Blackbeard’s death here at Ocracoke
