Aerospace Education Center

Directions: I-440 Airport Exit

The Aerospace Education Center is home to Arkansas’s 300-seat IMAX Theater. The IMAX delivers a true “you are there” experience with a six-story high screen and astounding six-channel sound system. Nine aircraft permanently displayed. New to the Aerospace Education Center is the EpiSphere Digital Dome — a 55 foot dome screen which hangs suspended inside a 75-feet-by-75-feet room. The show happens all around you. Sound and air conditioning “breathe” through the perforated dome “skin.” 150 race car-style seats are angled to give the viewer the full dome experience along with 20,000 watts of Dolby 5.1 sound
