Artwalk & Exhibits – Morgan Arts Council
Wearable, sculptural and decorative fiber artworks from sixteen West Virginia artists are featured in “Wild and Wonderful Fibers,” a special gallery show opening at the Ice House in Berkeley Springs on Friday, January 5. The 7:30pm artists’ reception is the third stop on an Artwalk that begins at 5pm at Mountain Laurel Craft Gallery and Mostly Woven. The show hangs at the Ice House through February 18.
Mountain Laurel stages a reception and sales throughout the shop which showcases more than 100 regional and national artisans. Two doors further on Washington Street is Mostly Woven which features the wearable art of weaver, Kim Potter, as well as more than a dozen other select artists.
On Saturday, January 13 Susan Feller conducts a daylong Hook a Mug Rug in a Day – Almost workshop for all skill levels.
