Atchison Trolley
Learn about Atchison from those who know it best. Hop aboard the trolley at the Santa Fe Depot and enjoy a 45-minute tour of Atchison narrated by your friendly, knowledgeable driver. As the trolley moves along the city’s brick streets, you’ll discover the classic charm of Atchison, including 18 sites on the National Register of Historic Places- its victorian mansions, sites right out of state and national history books and dramatic views of the Missouri River.
If you feel like walking a bit, you can get off the trolley at one of four points – the Amelia Earhart Birthplace Museum, Muchnic Art Gallery, Evah C. Cray Historical Home Museum, or downtown – spend some time exploring, and then catch the trolley on its return an hour later.
