Deacon John Grave House (c.1685)
Inhabited for over 300 years by the descendants of Deacon John Grave I. Evolved from a primitive two-room dwelling to a classic New England saltbox. 18th-century family used the house as a private residence; school, wartime infirmary, inn, tavern and courtroom.
