Swimming Pool Park This park is located right beside the swimming pool, and features two sand volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and two baseball diamonds. Playworld Park This beautiful and colorful park lies just behind the Railroad Museum. In addtion to various playground equipment, it is also home to a very nice ball park. Memorial Park Located across the street from the Railroad Museum, Memorial Park is dedicated to veterans who lost their lives in foreign wars. Firestation Park This shady park is home to the Ellis Riverfest in June, and the Ellis Fall Fest. Running alongside this park is Big Creek. Ernie Ray King Memorial Park Ernest Ray King was a senior at Ellis High School when he was killed in a car accident in 1987. His sister, Betsy King, died in another car accident in 1996. Funds have been collected to construct a gazebo at the park in her honor.
