1870s brick farmhouse and 10 farm buildings; early 20th century boarding house & tourist retreat now owned by Henderson Co. Public Schools as a museum of mountain heritage. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A late-19th-century tobacco farm and early 20th-century tourist retreat. The farm is operated year-round as a heritage education center and farm museum. Over 15 acres with nature trails, forests and streams.Open May-October / Tuesday-Saturday 9:00AM to 2:30PM and November-April / Tuesday-Friday 9:00 to 2:30PM
