Keowee Chamber Music Festival

Keowee Chamber Music ? handcrafted in the Carolina mountains, draws on the tradition of fine craftsmanship for which the region is renowned. Keowee musicians create an unpretentious, captivating atmosphere while conveying the fun and spontaneity of friends gathering to play music. The organization presents concerts in traditional as well as unconventional settings, multi-media events, community outreach, children?s programming, school residencies and an annual two-week festival each June. Venues are located throughout Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina. The eighth festival takes place June 9-22, 2008.
