Kirkman’s Cove
Kirkman’s Cove, 160 acres, has tent camping, picnic tables, shelters, grills, drinking water, restrooms, a boat ramp and dock, playground equipment, sand beach and volleyball court.
Nature trails wind through the park, and an outdoor chapel is perfect for small church services or weddings.
Boating and water skiing are allowed on 2/3 of the lake at a maximum speed of 35 mph.
Camping pads are provided for recreation vehicles, with no electric hookups.
In the winter, you can sled, ice skate, or cross country ski in the park.
